SOS creates safety and belonging so students succeed academically, feel comfortable being themselves, and develop character assets. School Transition and Peer Mediation are proven peer-facilitated programs that help orient and connect students to their school.

School Transition lets students engage with their new school to succeed academically and socially. The National Schools of Character Award winning curriculum develops friendships across grade levels and creates a caring school environment.

Bridges to Safety is a simple and effective guide to help teens teach conflict resolution skills to younger students. With this program of eight lessons and about one hour per week of volunteer time, you will help students build character, model peaceful communication, develop essential social skills, and create a safe and caring school community.

Peer Mediation creates a safe school environment, builds a sense of ownership and pride, and develops character. The program teaches conflict resolution and develops a strong school culture through cross-grade student relationships.
