This training is an outgrowth of the Kids Learn Empathy and Respect Program developed by the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center of San Mateo. It is about promoting empathy and respect among students, parents and staff in the school community.
This program focuses on creating a common language of respect and empathy for everyone in the school community. The curriculum includes learning skills and tools for positive communication as well as anger and conflict management.
